CuriousMinds
A day-care service platform, taken from the first sketch to a shipped, running product.

CuriousMinds is a modern early-childhood day-care platform — “where little minds grow through play, care, and confidence.” The public site presents the centre's programs, pricing and an age-based curriculum; behind sign-in sit two full apps — a parent portal where families enroll their children through a guided flow, upload documents, track attendance and view invoices, and an admin panel where the centre's staff review and approve enrollments, manage programs, mark daily attendance, send announcements and configure billing. I designed and built all of it single-handedly — the UI/UX, both portals, the data model and APIs, and the production deployment that's live today at curiousmindsinspire.com.
The Challenge
A day-care platform is really three products in one: a marketing site that has to earn a parent's trust, a parent portal for enrollment, documents and billing, and an admin back-office the staff actually run the centre from. The goal was to build all three — cohesive, polished and dependable — as a single person owning every layer end-to-end.

The Results
I designed and built the whole thing solo — the marketing site, the parent portal, the admin panel, the data model, the APIs and the production deployment. It's live at curiousmindsinspire.com: program plans with pricing and an age-based curriculum up front; a parent portal that handles multi-step enrollment, document uploads, an enrollment-status pipeline and invoices; and an admin back-office for reviewing enrollments, managing programs, marking attendance, publishing announcements and configuring fees and the waitlist.
Key Features
Multi-step enrollment
A guided 6-step enroll flow — pick the child, program, period & schedule, plan & add-ons, upload papers, then confirm — with a live monthly fee total.
Child profiles & documents
Parents manage multiple children and attach the required papers — passport photo, vaccination records and a signed digital consent form.
Admin operations panel
A full back-office: staff review and approve enrollments, manage programs (hours, price, capacity), mark daily attendance, publish announcements and set fees & waitlist.
Attendance & daily roster
Mark attendance per program from a daily roster, track Present / Absent / Late / Excused per child, and export reports.
Invoices & billing
Recurring and enrollment invoices with Paid / Overdue tracking, a configurable registration fee and payment-due day.
Designed & built solo
UI/UX, the parent portal, the admin panel, the data model, the APIs and the deployment — every layer shipped end-to-end by one person.
